OEM & ODM Heavy-Duty Motorcycle Parts
Built for Heavy-Duty Motorcycles: Precision, Durability, and Consistent Finish
Heavy-duty motorcycles demand components that can withstand vibration, load, and outdoor corrosion while maintaining tight tolerances and premium appearance. TRY HARDWARE provides custom CNC machining and aluminum/zinc alloy die casting for motorcycle and transportation applications, supporting OEM/ODM programs from development to volume delivery.
Custom Components We Support (Made to Print)
- Covers & housings for powertrain-related assemblies and protective structures
- Mounting brackets & structural hardware for chassis integration
- Control / braking-related mounting parts with optional surface finishing for durability and appearance
To balance cost, strength, and tolerance, many programs use die casting + post-CNC machining for critical interfaces.
One-Stop Manufacturing: Die casting → CNC → Finishing → Assembly
We offer an integrated workflow covering design and mold development, die casting, CNC precision machining (including 3-/4-axis and turn-mill capabilities), grinding/polishing, surface treatments, and assembling & shipping—reducing lead-time risk and quality variation from multi-vendor outsourcing.
Available finishing options include powder/liquid baking paint, e-coating/clear coating, anodizing (standard/hard), plating (trivalent chromium, nickel, chromium, electroless nickel, etc.), and PVD coatings to meet corrosion resistance and premium cosmetic requirements.
Quality Control Designed for Stable Mass Production
During product development, our team implements APQP and PPAP concepts with documented project records, supported by rapid proofing (including 3D printing) to validate geometry efficiently.
For production, we follow ISO 9001-based SOPs, apply IQC/IPQC/OQC and AQL sampling, and conduct tests such as life testing, salt/fog testing, torque testing, heavy drop testing, and performance testing, with SPC monitoring and regular instrument calibration to keep output consistent.
FAQ
- Q1: CNC machining or die casting—what’s better for heavy-duty motorcycle parts?
A: High-volume, complex shapes often benefit from die casting plus CNC finishing for critical features; low-volume or ultra-tight tolerance parts may be best fully CNC machined. - Q2: Can you provide both aesthetics and corrosion resistance?
A: Yes—anodizing, plating options (nickel/chrome/trivalent chromium), and PVD coatings are available based on durability and appearance targets. - Q3: Do you support end-to-end OEM/ODM projects?
A: We provide one-stop services from product design and mold development through manufacturing, finishing, assembly, and shipment. - Q4: Do you have motorcycle-industry manufacturing experience?
A: TRYCNC’s applications include motorcycle/transportation, and our alloy die casting services explicitly cover motorcycle and transportation parts.
