Mass Production Stage Process Quality Control-QC

We have detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each stage of the process in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality system, providing processing instructions for operators and standards for inspection by QC personnel.

Quality Control

In order to ensure and improve the quality of our products, we carry out various management activities, including quality inspection, analysis, statistics, and regular calibration of equipment, to prevent the outflow of defective products. We produce high value-added and high quality products in the most cost-effective way, and our products meet all the quality requirements.

Inspect

The IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In Process Quality Control Section) and OQC (Out-going Quality Control) are responsible for supervising and managing the production process and inspecting product quality to ensure that the quality of the products produced meets the requirements. We use sophisticated measuring equipment for precision inspection and AQL sampling patterns for sampling frequency standards to ensure consistent quality standards for each product and effective and rational control.

Testing

Tung Jui Yih arranges a series of tests for components, materials and finished products, including life testing, salt / fog testing, torque testing, heavy drop testing and performance testing to enhance product stability, identify key process output variable (KPOV), and use statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and manage key process input variable (KPIV) in each process for the most accurate prevention and improvement.

Calibration Management

All gauges and instruments are regularly calibrated and certified to instrument management standards before they can be used.

Document Control Center

We follow the procedures set out in ISO 9001:2015 to implement documentation and process control. We provide the Standard Operating Procedure and Standard Inspection Procedure as the basis for quality control, to contain and mitigate production risks and critical deviations, and to effectively maintain production quality.
