Custom Sheet Metal Stamping Services

Metal stamping uses dedicated dies and press equipment to perform blanking, bending, forming, and deep drawing on sheet metal—ideal for mid- to high-volume production with high dimensional consistency and competitive unit cost. It applies to automotive/motorcycle, 3C/communications, home appliances, architectural hardware, bicycle, and general industrial parts.

Progressive dies enable high-speed automation and stable yields, and we handle everything from prototypes to mass production.

Metal Stamping Scope & Workflow

From DFM drawing review → die design & build (single-operation / progressive / compound) → tryout & tuning → production stamping → deburring / leveling / tapping / spot welding → surface finishing (plating / painting / anodizing, etc.) → inspection & packaging—all in one place. Based on material (cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum/copper alloys, galvanized sheet, electrical/silicon steel, etc.) and end use, we select appropriate press tonnage and die structures.

With automated feeding and dedicated fixturing, we balance takt time, dimensional consistency, and cosmetic quality. We support pilot runs through high-volume production and can provide PPAP, material certificates, and RoHS/REACH compliance documentation.
