We run both cold- and hot-chamber HPDC for zinc alloys (Zamak #3/#5), aluminum alloys (e.g., ADC12 / A380 / AlSi9Cu3), and magnesium alloys (e.g., AZ91D / AM60). Moldflow simulation is used to optimize gating and overflows and to control porosity and distortion.
For volume production we integrate CNC (4/5-axis), deburring, bead blasting/polishing, plating / powder coating, anodizing or conversion coating. On request, we provide material & dimensional inspection, FAI/PPAP documentation, and support custom packaging and assembly-to-ship.
