In production, we use hot chamber and cold chamber high pressure die casting machines and precisely control molten metal temperature, injection speed, pressure, and holding time. This allows the molten metal to quickly fill the mold cavity and form high-precision, sharp-detail, smooth-surface die cast parts, while effectively reducing porosity, shrinkage, and deformation defects.

After die casting, we can provide CNC precision machining, tapping, drilling, deburring, vibratory finishing, polishing, plating, anodizing, sandblasting, and powder coating / painting, so both functional parts and appearance parts meet your requirements for tolerance, surface gloss, and corrosion resistance.
